We’ve all been there. Stressed, tired and will try just about anything. Teething is an awful stage; both for them and for us. To save you guys a little hassle trawling the internet I’m bringing you this list of teethers. Some are dishwasher and freezer proof; there are silicone and there are wooden; some are shaped like toys and some are shaped like jewellery. Either way, they can all help your baby through that teething process!
Gummee
Gummee are a fabulous brand for teething toys for children; they cater for babies and toddlers and believe that one size doesn’t just fit all. Gummee have designed their teething range for each stage of teething. Here we have just a small selection of what they have available in their online shop; the famous Gummee Glove in a plus size; red heart-shaped silicone teething ring; Gummee link and teethe. The heart shaped teething ring can also be attached to the Gummee Glove at the top where there is a popper fastening.
Gummee Glove (plus size) – £13.99
Heart shaped silicone teething ring – £4.99
Link and Teethe – £12.99
I personally think that Gummee is incredibly competitively priced. The gloves and mitts are made from 100% cotton and food grade silicone; and the teething ring and link and teethe are made from food grade silicone which can be refrigerated and sterilised.
Nico didn’t like the Gummee Glove strapped onto his hand but will happily use it as a teether as long as he is holding it by himself. The link and teethe has gone down very well with Nico; there are different shapes to explore and he can touch on some problem solving skills by trying to put the links together. Being a professional in early childhood development, I absolutely rate these teethers because they are so versatile and can be used in so many different ways.
Be left the links above of where you can purchase these teethers but feel free to show Gummee some love on their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!
Carla’s Treasure

This little teether is a beautiful addition to our teething basket. Don’t want the bunny ears? Take them off and use the teething ring. What I like about this is that the fabric can be thrown into the washing machine when it gets a bit grubby and it dries super fast.
There are all kinds of Montessori inspired gifts, treasure baskets, teethers etc in Carla’s Treasure Etsy Store.
Make sure you head over there and take a look because there are some fab items; you can see one of the gorgeous Treasure baskets in our gifts for 1 year olds blog post; they are truly beautiful!

A Little Bit Dotty
Firstly, how beautiful is this little elephant teether? The colour and the pattern, and even the love heart shaped hole as the ear give this teether that beauty and simplistic appeal. A little bit Dotty are a smaller business who I came across on Instagram and instantly thought their line of teethers were gorgeous. This teether can easily be tied to a pram to use whilst out and about and the bumps on the one side give a baby the texture for their sensitive gums.
This little cutie is priced at just £5.50 and they come in turquoise, mint, grey and purple.
A little bit Dotty also have teethers such as; cacti, wooden teething rings, bunnies and a lovely baby road silicone teether. Show A Little Bit Dotty some love on their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; and make sure you take a look at their website as they have lots of gift ideas for all the family!
Ethan the Fox

Meet Ethan! He is a beautiful fox shaped teether suitable for babies and upwards. Ethan is made from 100% natural rubber with each one being individually hand painted with non-toxic dyes. He has a slender neck and legs as to be ergonomic for young infant hands. Ethan was also voted consumer choice teething product at best baby and toddler gear awards 2018!
Nico loves Ethan, he is usually dragging him across the living room, launching him at the wall or generally playing and soothing his gums at the same time. I really like how Ethan is shaped; he doesn’t look like a standard children’s teether therefore he doubles up as a toy.
Ethan is currently retailing at £13.98 over on *Amazon. That’s pennies in this day and age where all we want to do is soothe our babies sore gums; Ethan does just that.

Lucky for you guys, we were sent an extra Ethan to give away! We will be running our giveaway over on Instagram, so make sure you are keeping your eyes peeled on our profile and stories where I will be putting the details of how you can win an Ethan the Fox for your own little one!
