Gifts for mummy range so much, from candles and wine to notebooks and socks, but what would be on your list? Are you a Yankee fan or more into your alcohol? Gifts for mummy land with either the other half or mummy gets their own presents; either way, here’s a list for inspiration and there are some extremely cute, personal and needed items in this list!
If you have read our 1 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old roundups then you would have seen the personalised star constellation prints. They are hung proudly in our living room because I want them to be seen by everyone who comes to our home. This print is also special, I have a soft spot for personalised gifts and this is no exception.
You create your family over on the Posterhaste website and personalise it however you like!
Notebook and mum planners
I don’t know about you but I am seriously OCD when it comes to planning. I take care of everything in my house; from appointment and days out, to the food shops and furniture; I take care of it all. I feel so out of my depth when other people plan things and it makes me feel a bit uneasy which is why I’m the planner!
These planners are going to work so well in my home! There’s a daily planner, meal planner, notepad and notebook, which I absolutely love!
I have never been a lover of gin, but that changed a few months ago when I realised that it wasn’t the gin that I didn’t like, it was the tonic! Now I have my gin with lemonade and it’s a firm favourite of mine now.
The thing that I love the most about gin are the flavours; my favourites are the strawberry and rhubarb flavours! I can’t get enough of them and my gin collection is growing bigger and bigger!
This set includes a gin balloon glass and two flavours to infuse with the gin! You can grab it for another gin loving mummy from Menkind. There are regular promotions at Menkind so follow their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to check the latest deals.
Dodow sleeping aid
What mum do you know that wouldn’t benefit from more sleep? It is right up there with wine and chocolate. That’s when I stumbled across the Dodow sleeping aid; it emits a light that helps you to fall asleep. It’s a really small item that can easily fit on a bedside table.
It has a bit of information on the back of the box and would actually make a good gift for someone who really struggles with their sleep.
I am always on the lookout for new coffee mugs and cups, especially ones that I can travel with. When I saw the Wakecup range I fell in love! Don’t they just look beautiful! They are definitely something that I would be proud to be seen using. On top of its beautiful design Wakecup pride themselves on being eco-friendly and reducing plastic waste.
In our home we have already started to try and make cut backs with our plastic waste by using travel cups/mugs, reusable bags, buying steel straws etc.
Make sure that you check out their website because they have lots of eco-friendly items on there. Bags, rucksacks, wallets, water bottles, cups, straws and more. There is something for everyone!
Soaps on a rope
Every mum loves a decent soap, especially one that they know everyone else won’t get their grubby mitts on. These soaps look and feel premium, they really do feel lovely and they small amazing!
Soap Daze pride themselves at being a vegan brand and are handcrafted brilliantly. I absolutely love these soaps and everyone better keep their hands off them in my house. Soap Daze have loads of different items available on their website; face masks, gift sets, bath bombs, soaps for men and women, and they also have bundles. There is definitely something for everyone!
Clay face mask and lavender sleep sachet
I can’t explain how happy I was receiving these, especially the rose clay face mask! I am a face mask lover, I usually buy from the body shop so when I find a great new brand I get so excited! It sounds silly but a mum has got to have some luxuries.
The lavender sleep sachet has quite a strong scent, something that I was looking for in particular because usually the smell isn’t strong enough. This one has hit the nail on the head though and you can still smell it when you’ve put it inside your pillow for sure.
Both items arrived looking nicely packaged and feeling premium. Doesn’t the clay just look making in its little glass jar? You can then repurpose the jar when you’ve finished with the face mask so it’s a win win.
The items are from Wearth London, and their website is packed full of gift ideas from recycled jewellery, homeware, zero waste bundles, beauty items and so much more. They pride themselves in being eco-friendly and zero waste; their website proves that. Wearth London are a fantastic brand and I’m so glad to have them in this gift roundup because I will definitely be going back to purchase more items.
I havent seen anything quite quite like this changing bag before; it is very well made, built to last and feels like luxury. It feels like it should be a handbag rather than a changing bag. The thing that I like most about this changing bag is that there are lots of pockets and compartments. The last thing that you want as a mum is shoving everything into one bag and then not be able to find anything (guilty of that).
In this duffle bag there is plenty of space; on the top you will find a large zipped compartment to reveal one big pocket, then within that pocket there are 3 compartment pockets, a zipped back pocket and 2 thermal pockets to keep bottle warm or cool; on the front of the bag there is 1 zipped pocket; there’s 2 compartment pockets on either end of the bag; and to the back you have a large zipped pocket with a long strap to hang the bag over a stroller. A changing mat is also included with this bag.
Another eco-friendly item on this list is Made by Today. Made By Today make jewellery, and then makes more beautiful jewellery from the offcuts, making them zero waste and eco-friendly. The packaging is also eco-friendly which I love and I think that these earrings are just beautiful. The earrings themselves are petite but equally stunning.
I love the fact that they are mismatched too, it adds a level of quirky to them which I think is lovely. There are lots of different items available on the website, from necklaces and earrings to rings and brooches. Because these earrings are made from the offcuts, each pair is individual and unique; also making them cheaper to buy.
These earrings would make a mummy very happy! Especially knowing that they are eco-friendly too. Have a look at their website to see their different ranges and jewellery available; you can also find Made by Today on Facebook and Instagram!
Every woman loves her shoes. Sadly though, my heels have taken a backseat after having the boys because I definitely go for comfort over style. I love a good winter boot! XY London have lots of different ranges and styles to suit most people, so head over to their website and take a look for yourself!
For the price, they are good boots. I have slightly wider feet though so these boots proved a little hard to actually get on. XY London are on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook so make sure you pop over and check out for any special offers that may be on before you purchase.
This is epic. What mum wouldn’t like this personalised gift box? You can customise which items that you would like in your box over on Isabella and us website, and it is super easy to do. I love all of these items, (you all know I’m a sucker for personalised items), and there’s so many things to choose from.
In this gift set we received: mmmy wellness cards; personalised compact mirror; personalised magnet; personalised card and Christmas card; and Christmas milestone cards. I can’t fault any of the items in this gift box at all, I absolutely love them all. If I had to pick a favourite then it would have to be the personalised compact mirror.
Isabella and Us sell lots of items on their website ranging from personalised mugs, magnets, clothing and lots more! If you are looking for a mummy gift then Isabella and Us is the place to be for sure.
Boxed bottle of personalised wine
Asking a mum if they like wine is a pretty silly question, it’s like a right of passage. So what could be better than a personalised bottle in a beautiful wooden box?
I would be pretty chuffed with this as a gift, because you all know my weak spot is anything that is personalised! You can have the personalisation any way that you please, have an idea, send over your thoughts of how you would like it to look and they can do it!
I didn’t choose a bog standard design and sent over details of what I wanted it to say and how. When it got delivered it was perfect! Exactly how I had described it! Take a look at their current designs on their website.
We have also done a vlog with all of these items, so if you prefer watching over reading then watch the roundup below instead.
What is on your Christmas list then?
These items were sent in order to compile this gift guide. All images and opinions are that of my own.
