Children’s chemist shopping haul

What better roundup to do than a children’s chemist shopping haul? All new parents wonder what products they may need in the house before baby arrives; and even parents who already have children might be looking for products they may have missed! Chemist.co.uk have sent these items to me in order for me to give you this brilliant haul.

Let’s get straight to it.

Here is what I think you need for your child/ren from the chemist:

• Cotton buds
• Talcum powder (we only use this sparingly and occasionally)
• Linctus paediatric (not essential as we use a simple honey mixture most of the time)
• Cotton balls (great for just after birth)
• Johnson’s baby 2 in 1 bubble bath & wash
• Anbesol teething gel
• Dentinox cradle cap shampoo (this worked really well for Leo’s cradle cap)
• Nurofen
• Milton antibacterial wipes (we have a review of these too)
• Milton antibacterial surface spray (love this spray, here’s our more in depth review)
• Sudocrem cream
• Cool teething soother
• Normal teething soother
• Calpol (2 months + so it can be used after immunisations)
• Bepanthen nappy care ointment
• Sudocrem care & protect ointment (we love this, here’s our review)
• Doidy cup
• SnuffleBabe nasal spray (nasal spray can be used from birth but the vapour rub is for older children)
• Savlon antiseptic cream (great for those cuts and grazes)
• Dentinox colic relief drops
• Plasters (what parent doesn’t need plasters at home?)
• E45 cream (not essential as it can be a bit drying for the skin but perfect if only for occasional use)
